04-Days SLDP Training for Head Teachers in SED. School Education Department has Decided to Conduct 04-Days School Leadership Development Training Program for all the Head Teachers of Punjab.
Main aim of this training is “To enable Heads to perform efficiently & effectively for promoting quality Education in Punjab”.
Consequent upon the approval by the Director General Quaid-e-Azam Academy for Educational Development Punjab, Lahore. School Leadership Development Programme (SLDP) is going to commenced 04-Days Training of 15,000 Head Teachers in the selected venues on the following dates.
There are There Groups for SLDP Training.
1st Group : 19th To 20th To 22nd , 23rd April 2019.
2nd Group : 24th To 27th April 2019.
3rd Group : 29th To 30 April & 2nd To 3rd May 2019.

Instructions
1-Reach in time at training center. Attendance will be closed at 8 AM sharp. Late arrivals will be considered absent.
2-Follow dress code. Male will wear shalwar kameez with waist coat and closed shoes. Female will observe dress code as per norm.
3-Not allowed at training:- Chappal, Open Shoes, Long Heel Shoes, Casual Dressing, Jeans, T-Shirts, Extra Make Up,
4-Bring Diaries and pen with you.
5-Bring personal Android Mobile or tab of school for registration purpose.
6-Follow classroom norms as per SOPs.
7-No leave will be granted during training session.
8-Worthy CEO DEA Khanewal will inaugurate this SLDP Training.
QAED Punjab, School Education Department has planned 4-Days comprehensive training on leadership with support of British Council. This training of 4 Days will be conducted in three phases as per strength of each district in Punjab.
655 Head Teachers of Khanewal will attend this said training. These are divided in 19 classes. In first phase 7 classes will attend training and next 7 classes will participate in 2nd phase. There will be next 5 classes in Phase 3.
QAED Aims to enable Heads to perform efficiently & effectively for promoting quality Education in Punjab. Pilot activity was successfully done at 05 Centers (DTSC/GCETs Lahore, Islamabad, Multan, Bahawalpur & Faisalabad) from April 08-09, 2017.
Scheme of Studies (over 03 years)
Roles & Responsibilities, financial management, vision, mission, leadership styles, creativity and imagination. Training will be carried out in 03 phases; each phase will be linked with certification/validation
a) – Phase I (Basic/Fundamental and Emerging Leadership)
b) – Phase II (Intermediate Level / Mid Level Management)
c) – Phase III (Advance Level Management Programme)
