Scholarship Worth, Benefits and Duration
The Excellence Scholarship/ESOP includes a stipend to cover living and study costs (CHF 12’000 each semester) as well as a tuition price waiver. The scholarship is for the duration of the Master’s degree programme (three or four semesters). This holds true for the tuition fee waiver as well.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent students from the ETH and other institutions (national and international) who intend to pursue their Master’s degree at ETH Zurich are eligible for the scholarship programmes.
You must have received an excellent mark in their Bachelor’s programme (top 10% of Bachelor’s programmes Equals grade A). You should also ensure that you can be reached at the phone number listed on your CV, since the selection process may include a phone/VC interview in February.
Application Procedure
On November 1, 2021, applications will open.
To be considered for the scholarship, you must apply to ETH Zurich for a Master’s degree programme. In addition to the materials required for Master’s admission, you must also submit a preliminary proposal for your master’s thesis. Before December 15, 2021, the scholarship application form and accompanying materials must be submitted online.
