- Conduct daily classes as per the schedule for respective domains (Technical, Non-Technical Creative/ Graphic Design).
- Maintaining class retention by engaging students with course content and knowledge.
- Teaching students freelancing and proposal writing skills.
- Creating profiles of all students on freelancing portals.
- Teaching different tools as per student domains.
- Conducting class activities as per designed course.
- Taking class quizzes and assignments.
- Submitting a final report of success stories of students to the line manager at the end of each cycle/batch.
- Conduct awareness sessions when applications are open for e-Rozgaar centers.
- Preparing course outlines and update course curriculum as per need.
- Class retention, Students profiles on freelancing portals, Earnings of student & Attend meetings and evaluations sessions as required.
- Taking makeup classes as per requirements.
- Visiting head office for monthly evaluations and training.
- Willing to move to other districts as per operational requirements.
