SED Regularization of Educators 2015 and 2016.. Government of Punjab School Education Department is going to start Permanent or Regularize their Contract employee/ Educators Recruited in the year of 2014, 2015 and 2016.

All those teachers/ educators who have completed their three years of contract according to the new Regularization Ordinance 2019. They will be permanent/ Regular.

Regularization of educators 2015 and 2016. In this regard school education department has provided a check list to all the teachers to submit their complete personnel file according to that check list.

All important files like No PEEDA Inquiry, No Punishment, No Demand & No Audit Para Certificates regarding the regularization of educators of 2014, 2015 and 2016 are given below.

Check List of Educators Regularization File.

You have to arrange your Personnel File According to the following order.

1. Check List for Regularization of Educators. (This is your Check List).
2. Copy of Policy Letter for Regularization of Educators.
3. CNIC Attested Copy.
4. Domicile Attested Copy.
5.  Attested Copy of 1st Appointment Orders. (Verified by the Appointing Authority)
6.  Attested Copy of 1st Joining Report. (Verified by the Appointing Authority).
7. Transfer Orders Attested copy (if any) must be verified by the CEO (DEA) concerned.
8. Joining Report Attested copy at Present School (in case of Transfer).
9.  Attested copy of Last Computerized Salary Slip.
10. ACRs for the Last 4 Years (initiated by the Dy. DEOs concerned only for their specific period) on a given single page format.
11. Attach Last 4 Years Results of PEC/Board/Non-Terminal Classes as the case may be, as supporting documents with ACRs).
    (Must be verified by Head Teacher, AEO concerned & countersigned by the Dy. DEO concerned.
12. No PEEDA Inquiry, No Punishment, No Demand & No Audit Para –
    Certificates (4) on a single page. (Format already given)
13. Attested copies of all Certificates/Degrees along with attested copies of Departmental Verifications from Board/Universities.
14. Any other Document (if required).
